Shawn pittman

Shawn Pittman, Owner/Operator/Principal Broker

Shawn Pittman began his career in a discount grocery chain, managing many large-box stores throughout Orange County and San Diego from 1988 to 2005. After 17 years in the grocery industry Shawn decided to put his years of business management and customer service to work in the real estate field.

He kicked off this change by moving to Boise, Idaho, in 2005 with his wife Sheri to raise their two children and to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. After a few years as a successful agent with Coldwell Banker, the world’s leading real estate brokerage firm for unique and distinctive properties, Shawn started his own Brokerage.

Shawn serves as the owner and Principal Broker for Eagle Realty located in Eagle, Idaho, and serving communities throughout the Treasure Valley. Shawn is a seasoned communications professional who provides specialized market and property knowledge, top-flight negotiation skills, and exceptional transaction management so his clients can enjoy seamless home buying and selling experiences from start to finish.
Shawn’s marketing department includes a team of digital strategists and their support staff who skillfully maintain and improve the team’s marketing engine and property sourcing platform. Their unique support allows the realtors at Eagle Realty to be even more effective.

Shawn’s business approach is founded on building lasting relationships based upon commitment and trust. Corey, his wife Jeannette, and son Corey Jr., live in Eagle, Idaho. They are a very active family and enjoy all the amenities Eagle has to offer. Corey is deeply involved in his church and participates in many local sports programs in the Treasure Valley.

Harley

Harley Carson,
Associate Broker

Harley has been selling real estate in the Treasure Valley for over 35 years. He recently joined Eagle Realty after having owned and operated his own real estate company for years. Along with his extensive experience in residential listings and sales, he has represented corporate banking and financial institutions in liquidating their REO properties, as well as listing government-backed foreclosure properties. He also has experience in the acquisition of bare land, proceeding through the approval processes to the development of residential lots. Harley works diligently for his clients with integrity and respect for the real estate industry.

Harley resides in Eagle, Idaho, with his lovely wife Pam.

Scott morrell

Scott Morrell,
Licensed Real Estate Agent

Scott has been passionate about real estate his entire life. As a child, he would tour investment properties and new construction developments with his dad. Scott was a commercial real estate agent in Orange County, CA, for many years before moving to Idaho with his wife Karen. Scott joined Eagle Realty in 2019 and has built a substantial sphere of business.

His first priority is to make his clients happy. He listens to his clients' wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every real estate transaction, and he strives to ensure that the process of buying or selling a house is fun, easy, and stress-free. His clients can count on him any time of day when they have a question or a concern.

In his free time, Scott enjoys hiking, biking, and taking long walks with his dog Trixie.

Marjhorie "Marj" Florendo-D'Angelo,
Associate Broker,CRS,GRI

Marjhorie, her husband David with their children and grandchildren, all moved from Los Angeles, CA to the Treasure Valley, specifically in Eagle, at the end of 2022 for their family to enjoy a better quality of life.

Trained in the Century 21 Real Estate System in 1995, and becoming one of the much loved and successful agents in the office, she continued on to become a Broker herself in 2007 to work independently for the next phase of her career for the last 16 years.

Together with her degree in Business, she decided to pursue additional education and training on 2 of the top designations in the field, namely: 
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)
Earning these certifications is a reflection of her desire to stay well equipped with the tools necessary to provide excellent service in assisting her clients in their real estate needs.

Mark Xavier,
Licensed Real Estate Agent

Mark has been active in the Treasure Valley real estate market for three years and joined Eagle Realty in 2023. Relocating to Idaho in 2018, from California’s central valley, Mark was born and raised on a farm. He was involved in the agriculture and commercial landscaping industry, as well as going to college, prior to moving to the Boise area. Mark studied business and political science at Fresno State University.

His fascination with real estate began when his family developed properties in California during his adolescent years. He continued to gain interest when his parents purchased their first vacation property and eventually built a fully custom home, as he finished high school. His input and enthusiasm for the process was greatly appreciated by those involved. He then realized that he had a passion for real estate. His keen perceptions today enable his clients to locate and purchase prime properties of the highest value.

Mark is currently working on his second degree at Boise State. The time he’s involved in the world of academics gives him a youthful but realistic perspective of the market and the community. Clients find Mark to be attentive, easy to talk to, and fun with a fresh approach to marketing their property or attaining the home of their dreams. In his free time Mark enjoys fishing, boating, golfing, off-roading, clay pigeon shooting and hiking with his yellow lab Hunter.
